The Bösendorfer Porsche Design Grand Piano, created in collaboration with F.A. Porsche, reflects a shared pursuit of precision, innovation and timeless design. Its striking exterior reimagines the traditional grand piano form, combining Bösendorfer’s craftsmanship with Porsche Design’s distinctive, minimalist aesthetic.

Beneath its contemporary design, the piano delivers the unmistakable Bösendorfer voice. It produces a rich, warm tone full of colour, with a resonant bass, a singing middle register and a clear, refined treble. The instrument offers exceptional depth and nuance, allowing the pianist to shape sound with sensitivity and control.

Bösendorfer constructs the lid from a lightweight honeycomb composite, allowing it to sit seamlessly within the piano’s silhouette while maintaining strength and stability. A gentle push opens the lid effortlessly with the support of a gas-pressurised spring. The design integrates the music desk smoothly into the body of the instrument and frames it with aluminium sound-release elements, enhancing both visual presence and acoustic performance.
